1. Collaborate with customer engineers to identify the production feasibility of customer design drawings from the perspective of product requirements, and develop a reasonable production process route
2. Provide optimization suggestions to clients based on design drawings, and assist clients in completing the design if necessary
3. Conduct process review of orders, improve drawing information, guide suppliers in processing, and avoid quality issues
4. Provide process support for problems encountered during the production process and assist SQE in handling after-sales issues
